We put and offer on a house this week in Riverside and heard back yesterday that they accepted our offer! It looks like we are going to start escrow tomorrow. And if all goes we'll with the inspection and loan we will be closing escrow by the 12th of Dec..
Just in time to celebrate Spencer's b-day, Gavin's b-day and Christmas! I couldn't ask for a better Christmas present. Im really excited but Im trying not to be until I have the keys in my hands. So keep you fingers crossed that everything will go smoothly.
