This past weekend Spencer went on a camp out with the scouts. I was able to do some fun things with the boys.
Friday night Gavin and I made a little treat (Muddy Buddies). He thought it was so fun to shake the bag and mix it all together.
While eating our treat we watched Peter Pan. Gavin had never seen it before and suffice it to say we have watched it every day since.
Saturday we went to Grandmas house to play in the backyard. It was the first time Grant has really been able to enjoy it. They both had a blast ridding the little cars, sliding on the slide, climbing in the tree and just being boys.
On the way home I stopped and got Gavin his first chocolate dipped ice cream cone. A great way to end the afternoon
It was great to just play with the boys and not worry about cooking, cleaning or any of that other stuff that keeps me away from my little rug rats!

Looks like you had a blast. I want to take a bite of the chocolate cone. hummmm so yummy.
Gavin's first chocolate dipped ice cream cone??? Have you been depriving that kid? :) My Spencer was a little sad to miss the campout. Maybe next time.
Aw, fun times! Did ya save me any Muddy Buddies? And boy are you brave, giving him a chocolate dipped ice cream cone in the car! But then again, I'm sure he's not as naughty as Kiera these days...she would have chucked it, or spit pieces everywhere! Glad you had fun. And BTW, did you enjoy your chick flik? What was it?
