We looked at so many, I mean SO many houses before we got this one. Needless to say this wasn't my favorite. But we felt good about it and went ahead and got it. Now, Im not really a creative person. So, when I was picking out paint I had a really tough time picking out colors. I couldn't imagine what it would look like on the walls and with our furniture. I must say I am so happy with the way things have turned out so far. I LOVE IT! There is so much more I want to do. And like the rest of you, Im sure its all contingent on the cash flow. So here are some before and after picts..
Funny side note there was a wet bar in the family room when we bought it and that was the first thing to go. Really did/do people use wet bars?

Oh it looks SO good. Paint really makes a difference, we are very anxious to get ours up as well, our walls are horrid right now! Then it will start piecing together.

it looks beautiful, I love the colors. I'm picking out new colors for my house. We painted everything when we moved in but I don't like it so I'm re painting. Hopefully this time I'll find the color I was actually going for. :) Oh and the floors look pretty, Dan just finally finished putting our new floors in the kitchen. Now we just need new carpet in the hall and the bedrooms. Its a never ending list of things to do!
