Gavin you Make me Laugh

My mom told me yesterday that I need to start writing down these funny things that Gavin has been saying. So here we go.

A few weeks ago my sister was in town with her family. My brother Nate was here with 3 friends. Cameron and his girlfriend Sara along with the rest of my family were over at my parents for Sunday dinner. We had been at my parent house for at least a half an hour before dinner. Well as usual when Gavin has his food is placed before him he immediately prays in order to chow down. He was starting to pray but everyone hadn't been seated yet. So, he starts over. And this is how his prayer went; Heavenly Father thankful for the food, thankful for my turkey (that's what we had for dinner), thankful for buddy (his cousin)...wait who's that guy? Yeah he said that in the middle of his prayer. He looked up and saw this guy he didn't recognize. My brother's friend Josh. LOL.

I was driving in the car the other day and Gavin says "Mommy, Mommy, look at me I'm talking to you!" Wonder where he heard that from? And that is a little hard to do while driving.

About 6 months ago we were at my parents and it had been a while since we had seen Gavin. Not a good sign. My dad proceeds to find Gavin up in his room where he found my dads coveted Junior Mints half eaten.
I had a few left over from the movies this past weekend. I offered Gavin a few yesterday to which he replied,"Uh, oh. You have Papa's chocolates."

Im sure there will be many more of these posts. I have forgotten a bunch and Im going to do better at writing them down.



BTW. Grant has just started saying Uh, oh. It is the cutest thing ever. Except its usually proceeded by him throwing something.
