Grant's Blessing

It took me a long time to start a blog because I would read other people's and think I can't write. Its hard for me to put my feelings down on paper. I don't think how I am feeling truly comes across. With that being said.....
As a mother one of that happiest days is seeing your children receive their name and blessing. I feel so lucky to have this healthy baby. I am so amazed at how this little child can bring so much peace into our home. But when I really think that he has just left our Father in Heaven, it makes sense. I can see why we have been counseled to be like a little child. He is filled with so much joy and peace, and to be so innocent. I am honored with this great trust my loving Father in Heaven has given to me to raise these noble boys. All I can do is try and be faithful and stay ever so close to Him. In these perilous times I know I cant do it alone.

Your family looks SO great. I know that was a wonderful day for you. Your boys are completely adorable. I know you cherish them so much. It's crazy how quickly time really does pass us by. We just have to live in the moment, ya know? Take care.

Amber you do so good on your blog! You write just as good as anybody else. I think you definately conveyed your feelings. Grant is such a beautiful boy! Ur fam is so cute. Looks like it was a great day. I'm glad Jess could be there. Also, random but funny thought...I saw those wooden kitchen chairs in the eating cake pic and I thought "man those are just like my mom's chairs..." Its just funny that you and my mom have the same old school taste. haha

You captured some great memories in those photos. How did you get such a good one of Grant smiling??? What a cutie! You were right... we totally have the same taste in music! After watching Dancing with the Stars last week I tried to find that song "Say" on i tunes with no luck. I didn't know who sang it. Anyway, I was so thrilled to hear it on your blog! Another download! :)
